Experience
Ideally, you don’t want to go with a company that has only been at work for a few years. Experience means practice and practice makes perfect. Experience will also mean a significant amount of expertise much of the time as well. In general, it helps you make sure that there are at least 20 years or more of experience available from the expert in order to make sure that you’re getting the best possible shot at getting your unit repaired, upgraded, installed, or work on in any other way.
It also helps to read on their website to see what they’ve done and what they are confident doing. This includes residential and commercial versus residential, for example. It also means how much experience they have working with different models, including especially Mitsubishi, of course.
Some sites will even show you pictures of their work so you can see what it might look like and how much versatility the site has with working with different models in very different conditions.
Easy Contact
It should be easy to contact the company you’re evaluating, which means they should have multiple ways of contacting them including through a convenient phone number, through email, and so on. If there are multiple means of contact, it should be a good sign that they are more approachable and competent.
Versatility
Another important thing to look for is whether the company you choose is able to do other procedures as well besides just ductless because this will indicate their overall abilities. You hardly want a group that can only do the one thing. Otherwise, if they run into any other problem with installing a ductless unit into your house, they won’t be able to do anything about it.
